Barry Heil

Barry Lee Heil, 65, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, September 03, 2014. He was born in Allentown, son of the late Lee and Dorothy (Shimaski) Heil. Barry was the loving husband of 39 years to Kathleen F. (Kuntz) Heil.

Barry was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1967. He retired after 43 years as an electrician with IBEW Local 375. Barry enjoyed riding his motorcycle, golfing, watching the Phillies and the Eagles and he had a special place in his heart for his dogs.

Barry will be dearly missed by his wife, Kathleen and his brother, Wayne Heil of Bethlehem, as well as his extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 10-11 AM with a service to immediately follow. The burial will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd United Church of Christ PO Box 68 Slatedale, PA 18079; or to the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Rd. Easton, PA 18042 in honor of Barrys love for his dogs.
