Janny Graver

Janny (Snyder) Graver, 86, of Bethlehem, entered into eternal rest on November 23, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Lehighton, PA, on April 9th, 1931; she was raised by her grandparents, the late Anne Kline Snyder and Ambrose Snyder. Janny is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Stanley G. Graver, Jr.

Janny was a graduate of Lehighton High School, Allentown Hospital School of Nursing, and she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from East Stroudsburg University. She most recently worked as an industrial nurse at Western Electric/AT&T in Allentown, PA. Janny was a member of Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem. Janny enjoyed gardening and decorating for holidays. She was very fashionable and loved being at home with family. Janny also looked forward to getting together with her friends and fellow alumni of the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing. She was especially fond of and spending quality time with her very special family member, the late Dr. Louise Kline Kelly of State College, PA.

Janny will be dearly missed by her husband, Stanley; son, Stanley G. Graver, III; daughters, Deborah Armay (Nejat) of Topeka, KS; Dawn Castel (J. Christopher) of Reno, NV; Lynn Zwiryk (Bohdan) of Penn Hills, PA and Kim Steinberger (George) of Nazareth, PA; as well as eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with a service to immediately follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
