Missy Adams

Missy “Chicky” Adams, 50, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2018 with her husband and family at her side. Born in Bethlehem on April 21, 1968, she was the daughter of the late James and Rita (Donchez) Heckenberger. She was the wife of Tim Adams; they were married for 27 years and together for 30.

Missy was a 1986 graduate of Liberty High School where she was voted class clown. Missy will always be remembered for her loving, selfless, and carefree spirit and the use of her favorite universal adjective. She was employed by Travel Impressions where she worked in the human resources department since 1994.

She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband, Tim, and their canine children, Maggie siblings: Jim Heckenberger and wife, Michele, Steven Heckenberger and wife, Keri, Michele Spade and husband, Joe, and Mindy Burger and husband, Dave; nieces & nephews: Tara, Bobby and wife, Alexis, Sadie, Lauren, Jarod, Katelyn, James, Keiraleigh, and her dumpling, Kylynn; her goddaughters: Elena, Abrianna, and Kayci. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, and a niece, Tanya.

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Wednesday, May 9, from 5 to 9 p.m. and again on Thursday, from 9 to 11 a.m. An 11 a.m. funeral service will follow in the funeral home.
