Neal Dugan

Neal Dugan, 56, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was born in Washington, DC, the son of Charles and Joan (Powers) Dugan.

Neal graduated from Freedom High School in 1977. He was a Master Plumber and also worked on the ore boats in the Great Lakes for Bethlehem Steel. Neal loved to fish and spend time with family and friends.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Charles and Joan; brothers, Lawrence Dugan and wife, Andrea, and Kevin Dugan; his sisters, Marikay Capasso and husband, Pat, Regina Dugan and Lianne Miller and husband, David; and his five nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Alexander, Alyssa, Collin and Connoer.

Services: A viewing will be on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Another viewing will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m.
