Catherine T. Contente

Catherine T. Contente, 87, of Bethlehem, died February 22, 2008, at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. Born, September 2, 1920 in Ashley, Pa; she was the daughter of the late Malachi and Gussie Smigelski Conway. She was the wife of the late Manuel F. Contente. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served during WWII. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by: daughters, Madeline Kauffman and her husband Louis of Bethlehem and Mary Alice Kendy and her companion John Beemer, Jr. of Stockertown; granddaughter, Lynn Sands and her husband Henry; grandsons, Louis Kauffman and Ryan Kendy; great grandchildren, Victoria and Zachary Sands.
