Dennis Chrush

Dennis Chrush, 74, of Bethlehem passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, August 30, 2021. Born on August 24, 1947 in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Olga (Tatusko) and Joseph Chrush. For 32 years, he was the loving husband of the late Lynn E. (Sagan) Chrush.

Dennis proudly served his country as a sergeant in the United States Air Force. He retired as a foreman from Eastern Industries. He was a very active member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church where he cooked and was a bass in the choir. Being on the beach or in his pool brought Dennis great joy and happiness. He also enjoyed gardening, singing, cooking, word puzzles and solitaire. He was a proud father and loved his family very much.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Alyssa Weaver and her husband Josh; brother, Sergius Chrush and his wife, Sandra and nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9-11 a.m. at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church 980 Bridle Path Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017 with a funeral service following at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will be held at The Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
