Judith T. Taylor Schultz, 70, of Bethlehem, PA passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA. Born October 17, 1939 in Trenton, NJ she was the daughter of the late Margaretta Moonan and Ernest Taylor. She was married to Stanley "Skip" Schultz with whom she celebrated their 50th Anniversary this past October 3rd.
Judith graduated from Villa Victoria Academy in Ewing, NJ. She worked for the former Hess's Department Store. Judith also worked for Service Electric retiring after 15 years of service. Judith was very active participating in the Silver Sneaker's Club at the Bethlehem YMCA, volunteering much of her time to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and she was also a member of the 55 Plus group at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Bethlehem. While her husband coached the Lehigh University Baseball team she was a member in the Lehigh Women's Club.
Judith will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Stanley Schultz of Bethlehem, daughters, Beth wife of Tucker Shive of Macungie and Linda Schultz companion of Ken Nickels of Nazareth. She will also be missed by her grandson, Trey.
The family will receive friends and guests on Friday, April 2, 2010 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM. A calling period will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 in the funeral home from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM followed by a funeral service at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions can be made in Judith's name to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society 961 Marcon Blvd. Suite 452 Allentown, PA 18109.
