Mary Frances Zettlemoyer

Mary Frances (Guidon) Zettlemoyer, 63, of Bethlehem Township, PA passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Lukes Brian D. Perin Hospice House following a brief illness. She was born in Bethlehem, PA on September 20, 1957.

Mary Frances is survived by her mother and adoptive father, Bernadine A. and Joseph P. Lagana, daughter, Nicole Elizabeth Zettlemoyer, three grandsons, Caydin Kenney, Collin Myers and Carter Myers, sister, Betty Ann Zettlemoyer, niece and nephew-in-law, Amanda M. and Victor Tello and their children, Isabela and Maximo, and nephew, Jonathan Zettlemoyer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Frank J. Guidon, Jr., sister, Pam Marie Guidon, nephew, Paul R. Opp, Jr., and her beloved dog, Mojo, as well as several other dogs including Jagger, Bullet, and Magic.

Mary Frances was employed by The Guardian Life Insurance Company in Bethlehem as a Correspondence Representative of Imaging. Before that, she was employed for many years by Drs. Saffren and Gibson in Easton as a dental receptionist.

She loved spending time with her family and going to the beach. Mary Frances had a passion for all dogs, and was especially fond of German Shepherds. She was looking forward to adopting a new puppy just before she became ill.

The family will receive guests on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a ceremony to celebrate Mary Frances to immediately follow. Masks will be required for entry; a limited number of guests will be permitted at one time and guests are asked to practice social distancing. Inurnment will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
