Sarah M. Peters

Sarah Margaret Elizabeth (the princess) Peters died late Sunday evening, September 26, 2021 at L.V. Hospital-Muhlenberg from COVID-19. She was loving daughter of John and Terri Peters of Bethlehem.

Sarah spent her adult life as a Direct Support Professional in the IDD field. She began as a volunteer at CSG's "Concepts" day program while a senior at Bethlehem Catholic, later on working at VIA, then Resources for Human Development, and most recently for Open Systems part-time in community-hab. Sara sincerely loved her work and will be sadly missed by the many friends she made.

Sarah was pre-deceased by her grandparents, John and Irene Peters of Bethlehem and Charles and Margaret Boyer of Lycoming County, as well as a sister, Elizabeth and brother, John.

Sarah touched many lives in her short 43 years with us and knew a lot of people, but due to a rise in cases locally there will be no public service. However, there will be a private Celebration of Sarah's life in October at the convenience of her family.
