Adam M. Reed

Adam Reed, 39, of Fountain Hill, sadly passed away on September 11, 2026. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Adam was a 2005 graduate of Liberty High School. In his younger years, Adam worked in the restaurant business, moving through the ranks and proceeded to own his own restaurant, Horns, in South Bethlehem. He then went on to gain certifications in cell tower maintenance, and was eventually promoted to foreman. He additionally worked as an independent contractor doing roofing, construction, and landscaping. Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam was a devoted caregiver to his father, Michael, prior to his passing.

Adam's true passion was in bikes. From a young age, he was involved with the local BMX group known as ECD. As he got older, he fell in love with motorcycles, and prided himself on his own custom builds. He was a Macgyver of his own time, being able to fix just about anything.

Adam's adventurous streak ran deep. Beyond climbing cell towers, and riding motorcycles, he and his brother spent many years exploring the slot canyons of the southwest. To Adam, a night under the stars was a night well spent, and he found peace in the solitude of nature, as much as he did on the open road. With a love for photography, Adam captured the beauty of the places he explored.

He is survived by his loving mother, Joann, of Fountain Hill; his brother, Nathan, and sister-in-law, Christine, of Shirley, MA; his cherished nieces, Adeline and Eliza; his girlfriend, Amy, of Bethlehem; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was predeceased by his father, Michael Reed.

A memorial service will be held on October 3, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, located at 245 East Broad Street in Bethlehem, PA. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:30 a.m.
