Anne Crossley

Anne E. Crossley, 87, of Bethlehem Township, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025 at St. Luke's Anderson. Born on January 1, 1938, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Clarence R. and Mary E. (Waltz) Crossley.

Anne graduated from Central Catholic High School. She went onto earn a bachelor's degree in nursing from Sacred Heart School of nursing and graduated in 1958. Throughout her years as a registered nursing, she worked at various places including, the Allentown Osteopathic Hospital, Bethlehem Steel as a plant nurse and Holy Family Manor for 15 years as the nursing supervisor. She volunteered for many years at Holy Family Manor after her retirement.

Anne also served as a eucharistic minister at the Trexler Pavilion for six years while volunteering. She loved cars, dogs, and taking many nine-hour tips to Erie, PA with her dog. While attending Central Catholic, Anne played the violin and briefly with the former Symphonette Orchestra of Allentown.

Anne is survived by one cousin, Donald Waltz, of Erie, PA.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 10-11:00 a.m. at Saint's Simon & Jude's Church, 730 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Family Manor Sanctuary Fund.
