Betty Wilson

Betty L. Wilson, 89, of Bethlehem, died on Friday, July 16, 2010 at Holy Family Manor.

She was born August 9, 1920 in Paxinos, PA; the daughter of the late Fred and Ester Chamberlain Klock.

Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Hugh F. Wilson.

She was a parishioner of Ss Simon and Jude Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Betty was also a member of the Bethlehem Palette Club.

She dedicated her life to her family and will be lovingly

remembered by her children, Joanne McLaughlin wife of the late James of Allentown; Kathleen Montgomery and her husband Robert of Bethlehem; Hugh Wilson and his wife Paula of Lower Saucon and David O. Wilson and his wife Son Hui of Bethlehem. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren.

Betty was also predeceased by her sisters Marie Paul and Peg Katterman and her brother, Russell Klock.

She will be forever remembered for being a wonderful artist, avid gardener and great cook. But she gained the most enjoyment in life by spending time with her family.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Monday, July 19, 2010 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 and again from 11:30AM-12:30PM on Tuesday July 20, 2010 at Holy Family Manor Chapel 1200 Spring St. Bethlehem PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at the chapel at 12:30PM

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
