Brian Peters

Brian A. Peters, 50, of Bethlehem passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024. Born on September 26, 1973, he was the son of Sheila E. (Sweigard) and the late Donald D. Peters.

Brian graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School class of 1991. He was a huge sports enthusiast and watched Penn State football and all the Philadelphia sports teams religiously. He had a special talent for remembering specific details of every game in their team's history. In addition to his love for all sports, Brian was especially fond of reading. While he absolutely loved getting his hands on a good sports book, Brian also enjoyed spiritual books, books about history, and the list goes on. His collection of books and magazines was plentiful.

He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Sheila E. Peters; sister, Angela Mendez and her husband, Michael; brothers, Donald "Pete" Peters and his wife, Debbie and Christopher Peters; uncle, Michael Sweigard and several nieces and one nephew. Brian shared a very special bond with his nieces Isabella and Elaina and they both will miss him greatly.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 12 noon at Bethlehem Memorial Park.
