Bruce Harold Fairchild, 77, of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023 at his residence. He was the husband of Sandra J. (Fluck) Fairchild. Bruce was born in Fountain Hill on January 19, 1946 to the late Gerald and Mildred (Arnold) Fairchild. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for the United States Postal Service as a Register Room Clerk at the Lehigh Valley Post Office for 40 years until retiring. An avid sports fan, Bruce loved fishing and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Mets. He also enjoyed spending time with his family laughing, joking, and playing games together.
Survivors: In addition to his wife of 55 years; children: Brian B. Fairchild of Catasauqua, Holly A. (Joseph A., II) Vazquez of Fogelsville; grandchildren: Gage Fairchild, Riley Vazquez. Predeceased by his sister: Betty Breidenbach.
