Catherine T. Casey

Catherine "Kitty" Casey, 85, a nearly 60-year resident of Exton, PA., passed away on Thursday May 21, 2026. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Joseph Bannon and Margaret (Culver) Bannon. She was the devoted wife of the late John F. Casey Jr. who died in 2017. Kitty worked as a medical secretary in the healthcare industry (primarily at Paoli Hospital) for most of her career. For several years, she also enjoyed working as the manager of the Rathskeller Restaurant that was once located across the street from West Chester University.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Jacqui Polakoff and husband Scott, and her brother, Charles Bannon. Kitty will also be greatly missed by her many neighbors and friends.

Services will be private.
