Cynthia A. Pavelko-Tracy

July 18, 1944 — May 13, 2026

Bethlehem

Cynthia A. Pavelko-Tracy, 81, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest Campus. Born in Bethlehem on July 18, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Agnes (Golab) Mozaeke and shared 26 years of marriage with her beloved husband, the late John E. Tracy.

A proud graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, class of 1962, and Northampton Community College, Cynthia built a career defined by loyalty and diligence. She began her professional journey at the Bethlehem Steel Club before working for Groman's Bakery. She eventually retired from Durkee Foods, where she spent years as a highly regarded administrative professional.

Cynthia was a woman of profound faith and a longtime parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish. A pillar of strength and support for her family, she lovingly cared for her mother, younger sister, Charlotte, and late husband. Her love extended to her grandchildren, whom she adored and nurtured with great affection.

Cynthia found beauty in the quiet moments. Whether she was meticulously working on her cross-stitch, solving a challenging crossword or jigsaw puzzle, or tending to her garden, she approached her hobbies with the same care she gave her people. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, especially during the holidays, when she baked a variety of delicious treats to share with loved ones.

Cynthia will be dearly missed by her daughter, Paula A. Csaszar and her husband, Burt; grandchildren, Kirsten Csaszar and her fiancé, Dylan Olenwine, and Ashley Charles and her husband, Jeffrey; great-grandson, Beau Charles; sisters, Paulette Roth and her husband, Mark, and Charlotte Mozaeke; brother-in-law, Richard Pastir; many nieces and nephews; stepchildren, Lisa Tannasso and Kevin Tracy and his wife, Josette; and many step-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Cynthia is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Tracy; son, Paul Pavelko, Jr.; and sister, Geraldine Pastir.
