Dale Lester Sine

Heaven just got a whole lot livelier with the arrival of the genuine entertainer, Dale Lester Sine, 87, formerly of Lower Nazareth Township. Dale passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Meadow Glen at Phoebe Richland. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Kundek) Sine. Dale was born in Quakertown on September 6, 1939 to the late Lester and Emma (Holtz) Sine. He owned and operated Sine's Music Center in Quakertown from 1962-1988. From a young age, Dale's passion for music flourished as he founded the Quakertones at the tender age of 12. He later became a master of the keyboard, accordion, and synthesizer, and for over 50 years, he played a pivotal role in the Lehigh Valley Mel-O-Dee Aces dance band, formerly the Quakertones. A proud member of the Federation of Musicians Union, Dale's contributions to the music community extended beyond performance; he also participated in various local organizations, packing in large crowds at the former Mountain Inn, the Moose Lodge in Quakertown, the Fearless Fire Company in Allentown, and the Ukrainian Club in Allentown. He also performed at numerous area nursing homes, bringing joy and entertainment to residents, most recently at Meadow Glen for a Hawaiian Luau were he resided.

He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Navy during Peacetime and was a faithful member of Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, Bethlehem Township. His greatest joys were his family, his music and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone he met.

He leaves behind a legacy in music, laughter and dancing memories to so many dear friends. The accordion is quiet now, but your songs will play forever in our hearts!

Survivors: In addition to his wife of 26 years this July; daughters: Donna L. and her husband Thomas H. Logan of Upper Black Eddy, PA, Denise L. and her husband Michael Follweiler of Kempton, PA; step-daughters: Stephanie A. Jamiolkowski of Allentown, Mary Ann "Mimi" and her husband Matthew Kloiber of Allentown; brothers: Barry and his wife Lois Sine of Manheim, PA, Terry and his wife Maria Sine of Eatonton, GA; grandchildren: Devon and her husband Len, Danielle Bauder and her fiancé Mike Kruszewski, Jacob Follweiler and his fiancé Courtney Moyer, Anneliese Kloiber, Bridgett Kloiber, Kathryn Kloiber, Jack Kloiber; great grandchildren: Aaron Roberts and Evan Roberts.

Services: Family and friends are invited to his viewing 10-11am Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, 3100 Hecktown Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020 followed by a service at 11am. The interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery with Military Honors.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to his church.
