Dennis M. Doyle

Dennis M. Doyle, 80, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026. Born on October 16, 1945, in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of the late Richard and Eleanor (McGee) Doyle.

Dennis was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where he exemplified dedication and service to his country. Dennis went on to become a respected business agent for the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #19, where his hard work and commitment left a lasting impact on his colleagues along with his union brothers and sisters. Beyond his professional life, Dennis had an immense passion for golf, often spending time on the green perfecting his swing.

Dennis treasured vacations with family and friends in Ocean City, Maryland, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Known for his vibrant spirit, he loved to "jam out" to his favorite song, "Born to Be Alive."

Dennis will be dearly missed by his wife of 59 years, Barbara Ann (Laposky) Doyle; son, Patrick F. Doyle; brothers, Richard Doyle and Joseph (Cindy) Doyle; and his beloved dog, Muffin.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Doyle-Hart; brothers, Robert, Donald and Gerald Doyle; and sister, MaryAnn Doyle.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA 18017.
