Diane L. Erney, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Born on January 10, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Billye Jean (Hambright) and Joseph Hollshwandner.
Diane spent over 30 years working for Wells Fargo in their commercial banking department, retiring as a Commercial Banking Manager. She was a member of several local social clubs in Bethlehem and enjoyed an active social life. Diane loved dancing, listening to live music, spending time with her grandkids and giving thoughtful gifts for special occasions.
Above all, Diane's greatest pride and joy was her family. After retiring, she cherished the time she spent caring for her grandchildren and took great pride in being the best "Mom Mom." In the evenings, she often enjoyed going out with friends to her favorite neighborhood spots, where she could usually be found playing bingo or shuffleboard. Her children say some of their favorite memories growing up were the summers spent vacationing at the beach or meeting down at Musikfest with friends and family.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Matthew Erney and his wife Sophia, and Nicole Nagle and her husband Eric; and by her beloved grandchildren, Lukas, Nickolas, Emma, Austin, and Mya.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018.
