Diane Hrichak

Diane L. (Mohring) Hrichak, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, peacefully surrounded by family. Born in Bethlehem, she was the granddaughter of Alexander and Josephine (Chase) Bellen.

Diane was a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 25 years. Her compassionate nature touched countless lives, including those of her patients, their families, and the new nurses she mentored. Dedicated to her Catholic faith, Diane enjoyed teaching catechism and Vacation Bible School at several local churches, participating in retreats and prayer groups, and supporting other church activities. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Diane enjoyed spending time in her flower and vegetable gardens. Her greatest joy and purpose came from being a devoted mother and grandmother. Her tremendous love will be profoundly missed.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Christine Hrichak and James McAndrew, and Carissa Hrichak and husband Patrick McEvoy; grandson, Patton McEvoy; former husband, Robert Hrichak; and "bonus grandson", Brady Dologite. She was predeceased by her grandparents as well as Peter and Elsie (Kranyecz) Hrichak.

A viewing will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 East Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018 and from 9:30-10:30 AM on Monday, July 21, 2025, at the Connell Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave, Bethlehem, PA. The burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
