Dorothy Heil

Dorothy Heil, 81, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, September 24, 2006 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. Born July 15, 1925 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Bertha Shimaski. She was the loving wife of the late Lee C. Heil. Dorothy graduated from Liberty High School in 1943. She worked for Hess's Department Store for over 10 years. She also worked for Thrift Drugs and Eckerd Drugs from where she retired. Dorothy loved bowling, gambling and bingo.

She will be lovingly remembered by, her sons, Barry Heil & wife Kathy of Bethlehem;

Wayne Heil of Bethlehem; sister, Rose Sikorski, wife of Chet of Allentown; and a sister-in-law-Maxine Shimaski. She was preceded in death by, a brother, Stephen Shimaski, Jr.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 12 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be Thursday from 11-12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, in Allentown.
