Eileen Rose Davis

Eileen Rose Davis, 90, a resident of Kirkland Village passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2026. She was born in Hempstead, NY, the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose (Nulty) Przytula. She was the wife of the late James H. Davis, and first husband the late George C. West. Eileen graduated from SUNY Oneonta Campus in 1957 and was a home economics teacher for the Allentown School District for 25 years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the AAUW,  Lehigh Valley Couturiere Society, and the Crazy Quilters of the Lehigh Valley. Eileen loved to cook, sew, travel, and play bridge, tennis and golf. She was a beloved Sister, Mother, Nana and Aunt.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, James P West,  and wife Ruhi, daughters, Denise West Grove and husband Douglas, and Georgine West Takach, sister, Joan Mangiarotti, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and son in law, John Senkarik. She was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Senkarik, and brother Anthony Preston.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a late date.
