Elizabeth A. Fantasia, 89, of Emmaus, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Born in Allentown on March 5, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Anna (Drabick) and Francis Pinter. Elizabeth was the loving wife of the late Louis J. Fantasia, Sr.

Elizabeth worked at Colonial Cleaners, Just Born and as a seamstress at Pembroke Dress Co. She enjoyed embroidering table clothes, needle point, sewing, reading, polka music, and watching Penn State and Eagles football, as well as listening to Lehigh football on the radio Saturday afternoons. Elizabeth enjoyed cooking and hosting large family get togethers that inspired her to create “semi-homemade” cuisine. Sunday dinners could not have been more special. Elizabeth cherished her family and loved and cared for them as best as any mother could. She loved her time spent at Westminster Day Care and the wonderful people she met there. She appreciated the care and compassion she received at Cedarbrook Nursing Home.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Donna Davidson (Dean); sons, David Fantasia (Devra) and Thomas Fantasia (Maria); daughters-in-law, Claudia Fantasia and Cindy Fantasia; brother, Francis Pinter; sister, Margaret Harobin; grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Danny, Jared, Michael, Jr., Amy, Brittany, Nikki, Jessica, Christopher and Dennis; and great-grandchildren, Mark, Mia, Agnes, Wilhelmina, Julia and Caitlyn. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her sons, Michael Fantasia and Louis J. Fantasia, Jr. and granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Davidson.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
