Elizabeth Frances Blair

E. Frances “Fran” Blair, 80, of Bethlehem, passed away on January 6, 2024. She was the wife of the late Thomas J.W. Blair, Jr. Fran was born in Bethlehem on December 6,1943. Fran graduated from Liberty High School in 1961 and worked for Guardian Life Insurance. Over the years she, and her late husband traveled extensively in 42 of the continental United States, including Hawaii for their 30th Anniversary. She especially loved her family; she had a close knit relationship with her two children and her grandchildren were her world. Fran will be remembered for her kindness, sincerity, her sense of humor and her unconditional love for her family and their memories.

Fran will be dearly missed by daughter Cheryl Edwards and her husband, Gary and their two children, Logan and Blake; and her son, Thomas J.W. Blair III and his wife, Kim and their two children, Kaitlyn and Tommy Blair.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
