Estelita Navera-Lizaso, 86, of Williams Township passed away on June 6, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospice House, Lower Saucon Township. She was the wife of the late Atty. Marcelino Lizaso, Sr. Estelita was born in Metro Manila, Philippines on February 8, 1940 to the late Eusebio and Cirilla (Villamor) Navera. Estelita dedicated 25 years as a high school teacher in the Philippines. She earned her Master's Degree in Education from the Ateneo de Manila University, reflecting her commitment to learning and teaching.
In pursuit of new opportunities, Estelita emigrated to the United States, where she transitioned her career to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. She served her community with compassion and dedication until her retirement. A proud member of several Filipino Christian churches in Jersey City, New Jersey, Estelita was known for her unwavering faith and commitment to her community.
Survivors: children: Noel (Jojo) husband of Julieta Lizaso of Hellertown, Maria Julieta (Eng) wife of Vicente Singson of Bethlehem, Marcelino, Jr. (Buboy) husband of Dardanelles Lizaso of Singapore, Cristina (Bhing) wife of James Allen Serafin of CA, Marlita (Bhit) wife of Philip Porciuncula of Easton; sister: Erllinda Maranan of CA; 15 grandchildren: Mark, Michael and wife Anne, Mica and husband Jake, Kiela, Faith and husband Harold, Jireh and wife Jessica, Roi, Naomi, Kaori, Tres, Primo, Tiago, Jourdan, Hallie, Elijah; 4 great grandchildren: Leon, Julian, Leanna, Noah. Predeceased by her sister: Lourdes Villamor.
Service: Family and friends are invited to her viewing 4-6pm Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem followed by a service at 6pm. Cremation services will be held the following day for the immediate family. Her final resting place will be at the Loyola Memorial Park, Marikina, Philippines.
