Florence B. Bond

Florence B. Bond, 96, of Bethlehem died, Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest campus. Born in Petersville, PA she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ann (Garger) Gilbert. She was married to the late William W. Bond, Sr.

Florence dedicated herself to raising her family and enjoying time with her grandsons. In her free time she liked to do all different kinds of puzzles, knitting and was an exceptional cook. She was always willing to lend a helping hand if someone needed it. She was a member of Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem.

Florence will be lovingly remembered by her children, William Bond, Jr. and wife Hope, John Bond and wife Liinda, and Susan Strawn wife of David, grandchildren, Jeremy Bond, Ryan Strawn and Aaron Strawn, and a sister, Dorothy Reed. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marguerite Rothrock.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
