Florence M. Dennihy, 88 of Bethlehem formerly of Staten Island, NY passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Bethlehem Manor. She was the wife of the late SFC James L. Dennihy, Sr. who died in 1972. Florence was born in Staten Island, NY on March 27, 1937 to the late Donald and Edith (Cleland) Aspinwall. She pursued her education with passion, earning an Associate's Degree that opened doors for her in the financial industry. She enjoyed a successful career as a bookkeeper for the esteemed Lehman Brothers in New York City. In her personal life, Florence demonstrated exceptional strength and resilience as a young widow, devotedly raising her two children, James and Sharon. Her unwavering love and support shaped their lives immeasurably, and they will forever cherish the values she instilled in them. She was happiest when she was spending time with family and her beloved Yorkie, Emma, with whom she enjoyed daily walks with.
