Frances Siderias

Frances "Fran' Siderias, 83, of Bethlehem passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2025 with her family by her side. Born on October 26, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Helen E. (Farkas) and Charles "Walla Walla" A. Walakovits.

Fran worked for wedding caterers, banquets at the Dewey Fire Co. and waitressed at the American Legion in Hellertown and Hotel Bethlehem. She retired after many years from Kraft Foods in Fogelsville and continued to work part-time at the Homewood Suites. Fran was a member of St. Anne Church and the Salvation Army. Fran enjoyed dogs, especially her English Setters, gardening, sewing, tennis and was an avid Phillies Phan.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Michael Siderias and his wife, Cathy; grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew, Marissa, and Vanessa; 5 great-grandchildren, Hannah, Claire, Grace, Charlie and Madilyn and a brother, Charles L. "Chip" Walakovits and his wife, Bev. Fran was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Siderias and son, Steven A. Siderias.

A viewing will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 10-11 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
