Gloria C. Cadiz

Gloria C. Cadiz, 91, of Portage, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at Methodist Hospital Inc., Slake Campus. Born on June 26, 1935 in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Francisco Camacho and Josefa (Lopez) Camacho. She was the loving wife of the late Jose Miguel Cadiz who passed in 2018.

Gloria was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of South Haven, Indiana. In her spare time, gardening brought her great joy. She especially loved flowers.

Gloria will be dearly missed by her daughters, Minerva (Jose) Diaz, of Portage, IN and Judith (Alberto) Santana, of Easton; two sons, Miguel (Carol) Cadiz, Sr., of Walnutport, and Orlando (Nelly) Cadiz, of TN; brother, Tony Camacho; two sisters, Amparo and Tita Camacho; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Gloria is preceded in death by her brother, Pepe Camacho and sister, Isabel Camacho.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will conclude services at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
