Grace S. Weicker

Grace S. Weicker, 90, formerly of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Friday, July 7, at her residence, The Nottingham in Jamesville, NY.

She was born in Norristown, PA. She was the third child of Lewis and Ida Shronk.

Her husband, Raymond W. Weicker, in 1981 and her sisters, Frances Bishop and Doris Conville, predeceased Grace.

Her family: son, Richard Lorraine of Manlius, NY; grandsons, Timothy Weicker Melissa of Haymarket, VA and Andrew Weicker of New York City, NY; great-grandsons, Brendan and Dylan Weicker will lovingly remember Grace. Her sisters, Mary Bruner and Edith Costello as well as her brother Lewis Shronk, also survive her.

Grace was a devoted member of St. Anne?s Catholic Church in Bethlehem, where she was a communicant and a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a communicant at St. Ann?s, Manilus, NY and Holy Cross Church, Dewitt, NY.

She was a member of the Serra Club and was a St. Luke?s Ladies? Aide and a volunteer at Gracedale Senior Living.

Grace?s family members express their sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff of The Nottingham.

Services

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at St. Anne?s Catholic Church, Bethlehem, PA. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Anne?s Catholic Church 450 E. Washington Ave. Bethlehem PA 18017 or a charity of choice.
