Grace Stratz

Grace E. Stratz, of New Bern, NC formerly of Bath, Bethlehem Twp. and Bethlehem, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at CarolinaEast Medical Center, New Bern, NC. She was the wife of Willard W. Stratz. Grace was born in Lower Nazareth Twp. on June 25, 1933 to the late Howard and Helen (Werkheiser) Danner. A graduate of Nazareth High School, Class of 1951, Grace was deeply involved in her community and found joy in serving others through her various club memberships. Grace was a former member of the Bath Lioness Club and the Bethlehem Twp. Lions Club. She was a former member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bath.

Survivors: In addition to her husband of 65 years; children: Wayne (Margaret) of Lansdale, Gail (Jim) Hallenbeck of New Bern, NC, Karen Schneider of Bethlehem; brother: Henry (Dolores) Danner of Easton; grandson: Mark Schneider; great grandson: Bryce Stratz Jones. Predeceased by a brother: Lester H. Danner.

Service: A graveside service will be held 11am Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown, PA 18109. Condolences may be offered online at www.connellfuneral.com
