Helen K. Ballek

Helen K. Ballek , 95, of Bethlehem, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth. Born November 8, 1910 in South Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Fanny Kovacs. She was the loving wife of the late Rev. Stephen V. Ballek. Helen was very active in church organizations and was affiliated with many churches in Bethlehem. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Frances B. Szakos of Bethlehem, grandsons, Richard Scott Kistler & wife Michele, Robert S. Szakos & wife Cynthia, great-grandsons, Brandon Kistler & Stephen & Frank Szakos and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Christina Fortley.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Friday, April 21, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be held from

1:30-2 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
