Helen Theresa Demyan

Helen Theresa Demyan, 83, of Bethlehem died at her residence on Monday August 28, 2006.

She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Labanick Demyan.

Helen retired from the Bethlehem Steel Co. where she worked as a Chief Draftsman for over 40 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Charlene A. Preletz of Bethlehem, Brother-in-Law, Anthony Ortwein of Bethlehem; as well as five nephews and three nieces.

Helen was preceded in death by her sister Pauline Ortwein.

She was a member of SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem where she was a member of the Seniors Group.

Helen also volunteered for St. Luke?s Hospital, Miller Blood Center, and the Sisters of St. Francis at Monocacy Manor.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Friday September 1, 2006 from 8:30-9:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in the Church.
