James T. Denofa, 76, of Salisbury Township passed away peacefully Friday, May 9, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of the late Julie A. (Mosko) Denofa who died January 8, 2024. James was born in Fountain Hill on November 22, 1948 to the late Thomas A. and Theresa J. (Judd) Denofa. He served our country faithfully in the US Army during the Vietnam War. James worked for the former Bethlehem Steel in Plant Patrol for many years and then for Northampton County as a Corrections Officer. He was a member of the Sportsman's Rod & Gun Club, Andreas and the Guthsville Rod & Gun Club, Orefield. James will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, particularly fishing, which brought him great joy throughout his life.
Survivors: children: Brian T. Denofa of Allentown, Jennifer (Eric) Dudkowski of Drums; grandchildren: Grace and Andrew Dudkowski.
Service: Family and friends are invited to his visitation 10-11am Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem followed by a service at 11am. The inurnment will conclude service with Military Honors at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Condolences may be offered online at www.connellfuneral.com
