Jane A. Ruhf

Jane A. Ruhf, 87, of Bethlehem died Monday October 19, 2009, at Manor Care, Bethlehem. Born in Miners Mills, PA on March 24, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Lucinda Egen Ayre. She was the wife of the late John C. Ruhf, who died in 2003.

Among various jobs Jane was the owner and operator of the former Plaza One Snack Bar, Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by: daughter, Cimmie J. Ruhf DePriest wife of the late Nicholas DePriest, son, John C. Ruhf, III and wife Carey, brother, Fred P. Ayre, Jr., sisters, JoAnn Alissi, Nancy Lou Ridyard, and Jacquelyn Mack, 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jessie Apple.
