John F. Rzepiela

January 11, 1933 — February 29, 2024

John “Bosco” F. Rzepiela, 91, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Thursday February 29, 2024, at his home. He was born in Bethlehem, the son of the late John and Sophie (Stackno) Rzepiela. He was the husband of Charlotte (Raub) Rzepiela and they celebrated 69 years of marriage on August 28th of last year. John worked in the 48inch mill for Bethlehem Steel for many years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bethlehem Twp. John served his country in the US Marines during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion in Sellersville, PA.


He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Charlotte, daughters, Jane Weidemoyer and husband Dennis, and Donna Nemeth and husband Joseph, sister, Helen, grandchildren, Sarah, Maria, Molly and Benjamin, and great grandchildren, Claire, Lily, Zachery, Brielle, and Rosalia. He was predeceased by a sister, Sophie and a brother, Frank J. Rzepiela.


A viewing will be held from 10-11am Friday March 8, 2024, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church 450 Washington St. Bethlehem, PA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11am. The burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
