John Trofim Frimenko

John T. Frimenko, 68, of Columbia, Pennsylvania, passed away on May 6, 2026. Born on March 18, 1958, he was the son of Olga (Malchuk) and the late John Frimenko, Jr.

John was a proud graduate of Liberty High School, Bethlehem PA and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville University. He valued education, hard work, and lifelong learning. These qualities guided him throughout his life. John had worked in many different fields throughout his life. He was the owner operator of the robotic contract assembly company, Automated Production Enterprises. Most recently he was employed by T. E. Connectivity where he was a certified Aerospace Technician. He was known for his remarkable technical expertise and steady hands, capable of carrying out intricate microscopic work with exceptional accuracy.

An avid outdoorsman, John found great joy in nature and the pursuits he loved most. He was a skilled marksman, accomplished horseman, and passionate pilot whose adventurous spirit and appreciation for the outdoors were known to all who knew him. Above all else, John was deeply involved and devoted to his family. He treasured the time spent with those he loved and remained a constant source of strength, guidance, and support throughout his life. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and godfather.

John is survived by his mother, Olga Frimenko; a sister, Olga (Thomas) Karel; a brother, Dr. Jacob (Danielle) Frimenko; as well as many nieces and a nephew. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on May 14, 2026, at 10 a.m., at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad Street, Bethlehem. Friends and family are invited to call from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
