Judd J. Woelfel

Judd J. Woelfel, 64, of Bethlehem passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospice House. Born on January 11, 1961 at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill, he was the son of Ethel M. (Mognet) and the late Carl M. Woelfel.

Judd graduated from Liberty High School class of 1979. He went on to graduate from Penn State University and earned his master's degree from Lehigh University. Judd started working at Bell Labs in 1983 and retired 24 years later. He also owned his own jukebox repair business, Christmas City Jukebox. Judd volunteered countless hours as past president of Valley Enterprise, member of the Church Council at Salem Lutheran Church, officer at the Bethlehem Volunteer Fireman's Home Association and was on the board of directors of First Commonwealth Credit Union.

 He enjoyed camping at Kooser State Park, boating at the "Yough" and helping others brought Judd great joy. Above everything, he was always there for anyone in need and he loved family gatherings and spending time with those he loved.

 He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Ethel; daughters, Alyssa Citron and her husband, Matt and Jenna Lynn Woelfel; granddaughter, Ella Mae; brother, Eric Woelfel and his wife, Anne; sister, Andrea Woelfel; nephew, Jonathan; ex-wife, Susan Woelfel and cousins, Pat Howell, Peggy Voght and Peter Christoph and his wife, Marsha.

 A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately.
