Julia A. Rodriguez

Julia A. Rodriguez, 58, of North Lauderdale, FL, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2026, surrounded by love. Born in Fountain Hill to Maria DelRio and the late Julio Curet, Julia grew up in the Lehigh Valley before building a beautiful life in Florida.

Julia lived boldly and joyfully. She was strong‑willed, courageous, and full of life - the kind of person who lit up every room she walked into. She loved cooking for others, and her kitchen was always a place of laughter, comfort, and togetherness. To know Julia was to love her; she had a gift for making people feel welcomed, supported, and seen.

For more than a decade, she worked as a Lead Customer Service Representative at IQor, where her dedication and warmth left a lasting impact.

Julia leaves behind her mother; her children, Alesia Suarez, Ricky Colon, and Omar Rodrigues, Jr.; her siblings, Magalie Curet, Nina Rodriguez‑Nagy, and Hassan DeJesus; and her beloved grandchildren, who brought her endless joy.

A viewing and services will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem. A service will follow at noon, with burial at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
