“Once in a while you can get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.”

-The Grateful Dead

On March 31, 2023, Kevin P. Maga (AKA Mags) was reunited with his parents Stanley Maga Jr. and Dolores (Sarr) Maga, and his brother Stanley Maga III in their heavenly home.

The intuitive, gentle-spirited, and soft-spoken Kevin was born on October 20, 1966. He was a lifelong resident of Fountain Hill. A graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. Kevin went on to attend Northampton Community College, receiving a degree in Culinary Arts. He started working at the age of fourteen by walking and riding his bike multitudinous miles. In turn, with his passion for this art, Kevin spent innumerable years working in the hospitality industry.

Outside of work, Kevin loved to grillhe had three working grills at his home. He also took magnificent pleasure in kayaking, camping, spending time outdoors, and mycology. He enjoyed Native American history and folklore. His favorite trips were kayaking Grand Canyon and visiting Native American reservations with his late brother.

Kevins passion was the music of the sixties and seventies. His favorite musical artists were Led Zeppelin, the Grateful Dead, and Bob Marley. He enjoyed attending concerts, as well as playing his guitars.

Kevin will always be lovingly remembered and missed by his sister: Pattie Badorf (Jake), and his three nieces Erika (Dane), Michelle (Jay), Adrienne (Dan), and their families.

In lieu of formal services, consider raising a glass of your favorite beverage to Kevins memory, as he would have found that most fitting now and especially at Musikfest.

“And if you feel that you cant go on. And your will is sinking low. Just believe and you cant go wrong. In the light you will find the road.” -Led Zeppelin
