Leo P. Clifford, 75, of Bethlehem, formerly of Denver, PA passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025. Born in Munich, Germany, he was the son of the late Norma (Winfield Cadden) and Frank J. Clifford.
Leo proudly served our country as a member of the National Guard. Leo loved being outside, especially camping and kayaking. He enjoyed playing chess and woodworking. Leo was a graduate of Liberty High School and furthered his studies at Northampton Community College.
"Lee" had a great gift of being able to have a conversation with anyone, anywhere. Lee's gift of gab helped him develop his life's work as the founder and director of the National Addiction Awareness Complex.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Michael A. Clifford; sisters, Margo Ging, Paula Priestas, BJ (Barbara) Papier and Catherine Rudolph and her husband, Frank; grandchildren, Roger and David Clifford and many nieces and nephews. Leo was preceded in death by his brother in laws, Alan Papier and Peter Ging.
