Leo Connors, Jr.

Leo G. Connors, Jr., 47, passed away in his parents home on Saturday, October 7, 2006 after a prolonged illness. He was born November 21, 1958 in Philadelphia and grew up in the Lehigh Valley. Leo was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. He served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He was a machinist by trade and an artist by avocation. He loved children, and his nieces and nephews benefited from his interest in their lives and his love for them.

He is survived by his parents, Leo and Ann Seydel Connors, of Bethlehem, brothers; Kevin and wife Kathleen Connors of Downingtown, PA, Christopher and wife Peggy of Downingtown, PA, Carl and wife Linda Connors of Albuquerque, NM, John and wife Patty Connors of Richmond, VA, Matthew and wife Debby Connors of Hoboken, N.J., sisters; Deirdre Smist of Bethlehem, PA, Maura wife of Gregory Hill of Bethlehem, PA, Miriam wife of Timothy Gormley of Bethesda, MD, Stacey Connors of Harrisburg, PA, and twenty two nieces and nephews.

SERVICES:

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held October 11, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church 1861 Catasaqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Calling hours will be from 10-11 AM in the Church. Arrangements handled by Connell Funeral Home, Inc.
