In Loving Memory of Lolita Ann Perez
July 24, 1932 - May 8, 2025
We mourn the passing of Lolita Ann Perez, 92, of Bethlehem, who departed this life on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Lolita will be deeply missed-for the warmth that radiated from her presence, the laughter she so effortlessly sparked, and the love she wove into every part of her life. She had a beautiful way of bringing people together, often around a table filled with meals she cooked not just with care, but with heart. Through her food, she shared family traditions, offered comfort, and showed love in its most nourishing form. Her generosity, her light, and her deep care for others will live on in the hearts of all who had the joy of knowing her.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, on July 24, 1932, Lolita was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Gennaro) Ramous. She was the beloved wife of the late Hilton Perez, who preceded her in death on September 28, 2002.
A hardworking and independent woman, Lolita spent 25 years self-employed in the garment industry. She later became the proud owner and operator of Milford Dairy Bar and Milford Laundromat/Dry Cleaners in Milford, PA. Later in her life she moved to Bethlehem Township, PA. She was a former member of St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, a participant in Silver Sneakers of Bethlehem Township, and actively involved at the Bethlehem Township and Forks Township Senior Centers.
Lolita is survived by her children: Barbara Perez and husband Raymond Fialo, Penny Perez McFadden and husband Kerry, Darlene Marrero and husband Jose, Hilton Perez, Jr. and wife Rosemary.
