Maggie Liadis

Maggie Liadis, 58, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at her home. Born on June 25, 1967, in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of Miguel and Gloria (Barbosa) Trinidad.

Maggie was a dedicated certified nursing assistant, providing compassionate care at Cedarbrook Nursing Home and Blough Nursing Home. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her professional duties; she was known for her artistic flair and was an avid crafter. Maggie was a true animal lover, opening her heart to countless creatures and advocating for their well-being.

In her personal life, Maggie found joy in the simple pleasures. She had an affinity for freestyle music, enjoyed watching scary movies, and was always the generous gift-giver during family celebrations. She had a special bond with her nieces and nephews and cherished her role as a wonderful aunt. Her love for shopping was well-known among her family and friends.

Maggie will be dearly missed by her mother, Gloria; sisters, Denise Trinidad and Michele Trinidad; nieces, Tanya Trinidad, Tamara Ortiz, Amaya Ojeda, and Taliya Acevedo; three great nieces and two great nephews.

Maggie is preceded in death by her husband with whom she shared 18 wonderful years with before his passing in 2017, Stephen T. Liadis; father, Miguel (2012); and sister, Diane Tinidad (2021).

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 3-5:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 5 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately.
