Maria T Correa

Maria T. Correa, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on March 2, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Evarristo and Amanda (Soto) Navarro. She was predeceased by her loving husband Jose Correa in 2008. In her lifetime and up until the end, Maria or "Mama" as many called her, was a woman of immense faith, as one of Jehovah's Witness. She was known for her incredible cooking, and will be remembered for the warmth of her kitchen. Her cooking brought family and friends together, filling her home with laughter, comfort, and love. Beyond her own family, she cared for many children over the years.

Surviving are her children: Margie Correa-Cruz, wife of Angel, Wanda Correa, Richard Correa, husband of Christina, and Annie Olivera, wife of Divec; her siblings: Tony Navarro, and Carmen Quiles; 3 grandchildren: Gabriel Correa, husband of Euri, Brianna Cruz, wife of Abner, and Ryan Correa; and 2 great grandchildren: Nayelis and Liam Correa. She was predeceased by her children: Carmen and Joseph Correa, as well as many siblings.

A service will be at 6:30pm on Monday March 9, 2026 at Connell Funeral Homes 245 E Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation from 5:30-6:30pm.
