Martin J. Lynch, 75 of Allentown passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, November 23, 2023. Born on September 7, 1948, he was the son of the late Lucy (Hildenberger) and Harry V. Lynch.
Martin was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School Class of 1966, Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales Class of 1970. He did postgraduate studies at Villanova University. Marty honorably served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. He was a founding member and active leader at The Clubhouse of Lehigh County. Marty was an ardent fan of all BECAHI sports especially Golden Hawk football.
He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings, Mary Lynch,Phil Lynch and his wife, Kathleen, Michael Lynch and his wife, Christine, Patrick Lynch and his wife, Stephanie and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Martin was preceded in death by his sister, Anne Lynch Bernier and brother, Joseph Lynch
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clubhouse of Lehigh County, 1437 W. Gordon St. Allentown, PA 18102.
