Mary C. Bobal

Mary C. Kuseryk Bobal, 89, of Bethlehem

died on Sunday, August 20, 2006 at St.Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem.

Born January 3, 1917 in Berwick, PA to the late Stephen and Catherine Belak Kuseryk. She was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. Mary worked in the housekeeping department for 34 years at Lehigh University. She was also a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association.

She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons Stephen Bobal husband of Connie of Morrison, CO and Gerard Bobal husband of Mary of Hellertown. She is also survived by her brother Stephen Kuseryk of New Jersey and her two sisters: Helen Unger and Catherine Behler . Mary will also be missed by her 3 grandchildren; Rian Bobal, Scott Bobal and Theresa Sindelar and 2 great grandchildren; Zachary and Alexandra.

She was preceded in Death by:

Her sisters Anna Huesz and Rose Dieter.

SERVICES

A service will be held on August 25, 2006 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church 617 Pierce Street Bethlehem, PA 18015. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and again on Friday, August 25, 2006 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church.
