Mary J. Alexander

Mary J. Alexander, 93, of Bethlehem, died Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at St.Lukes Hospital in Fountain Hill. Born November 7, 1912 in Westchester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna MegnaVallone. She was the loving wife of the late John Alexander. Mary worked at the Former Trio Togs in Bethlehem Twp.

She retired at the age of 71. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Worker's Union and a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church.

Mary will be lovingly remembered by, her son, John F. Alexander & wife Jeanette of Harrisburg, grandson, John F. Alexander & wife Linda of Ashburn, VA, a granddaughter-Gina L. Klinedinst & husband Scott of Williamsburg, Va.

and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by, her grandson, Dean Alexander late husband of Nancee of Chandler, AZ, brothers, Nicholas, Anthony, Thomas, Russell, Joseph & James and sisters, Frances M. Grello and Katherine Hoffman

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Monday, June 26, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017. Visitation will be Sunday, June 25, 2006 from 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem. Memorials may be made to the church or Catholic Charities Diocese of Allentown.
