Patricia "Pat" Anne Huber, 77, of Coopersburg, passed away on December 7, 2025, at St. Luke's Fountain Hill. Born on July 15, 1948, she was the beloved daughter of the late Maurice Duane Huber and Jean Anne Fretz. For 35 years, Pat shared her life with her loving husband, Dr. Steve Sisson.
Pat was a proud graduate of the University of Rochester, where she completed her undergraduate studies before earning her M.D. from the University of Texas at Galveston. She went on to complete her residency through the University of Pennsylvania, building a career marked by intelligence, commitment, and care.
Pat was a woman of many passions. She loved good food and the art of cooking, often bringing people together around her table. She found joy in gardening, and her interest in floral arranging led her to take classes that further enriched her appreciation for beauty in nature. A devoted reader, she could often be found with a book in hand. Pat's gentle heart extended to animals as well, her cats being constant sources of comfort and affection. Above all, Pat cherished her daughter, Dana, who was also her best friend.
Her faith was a cornerstone of her life. As an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, she found community, purpose, and enduring friendships.
Patricia is survived by her adoring husband, Dr. R. Steven Sisson; as well as her daughter, Dana Sisson; a nephew, Jeff Huber; and her loving pet cats, Toby and Russo.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her two brothers, Rick and Ed Huber.
Calling hours will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at St Margaret's Episcopal Church, 150 Elm St, Emmaus, PA 18049. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m., with Mother Laura Howell officiating.
