Peter C. Catalogna

Peter C. Catalogna, 86, of Bethlehem died Tuesday October 7, 2008 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Frank and Eleanor Smara Catalogna. He was the husband of the late Frances R. Mack Catalogna.

He was a long-time member of the Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII receiving several medals including the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star. He was employed by the former Pantry Pride as a meat cutter for 25 years and a member of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters Union.

He will be lovingly remembered by: son, Joseph and wife Linda; son, Peter and wife Penny; daughter, Lenore Catalogna; grandchildren, Melissa and David Catalogna. He was preceded in death by: brothers, Rocco, Michael and Frank; sisters, Elizabeth Mendola, Marianna Calabrese and Anna Weaver.
